How long does it take to make my order?

Every product is handmade after your order is placed. Processing typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on the product size and the number of items ordered.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. As all our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified because production begins shortly after confirmation.

How should I wash my crochet products?

Dark-colored crochet products may release excess dye during the first wash. We recommend using a Color Fix liquid (available on Amazon) for the first wash to help prevent color bleeding.
